WHILE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH AMBETTER, WOODLANDS PRIMARY HEALTHCARE WILL BE ABLE TO CARE FOR EXISTING/ESTABLISHED PATIENTS.
What You Need to Do:
– Contact Ambetter directly to change your Primary Care Provider (PCP) to one of our doctors:

– You must ask for a reference number in order to be attended by us
– For questions about making this change, contact Ambetter directly
– If Ambetter is unable to find the NPI, instruct them to enter it manually. They may inform you that we cannot see you for 5–7 days, but we can proceed as soon as we receive the reference number.
