Dameiro Villalobos Boscan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, brings a unique blend of maternal–fetal medicine and advanced practice nursing to the care of women and families. After earning his medical degree from the University of Zulia in Venezuela, he completed a master's in Gynecology and Obstetrics and a master's in Maternal–Fetal Medicine at the National Institute of Perinatology in Mexico City. For nearly 20 years at Paraíso Medical Center, he focused on high-risk pregnancies, fetal ultrasound, and complex obstetric and gynecologic surgery, participating in more than 5,000 deliveries and procedures. Following his move to the United States, he completed an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner, applying his extensive obstetric background in both hospital and outpatient settings. He now provides comprehensive women's health services including preconception counseling, prenatal and postpartum care, and management of gynecologic conditions, always emphasizing early risk detection, patient education, and compassionate support for mothers and babies.

Mr. Villalobos completed his medical degree at the University of Zulia and a master's in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Francisco de Miranda in Venezuela, followed by a master's in Maternal–Fetal Medicine at the National Institute of Perinatology in Mexico City. He later earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner from Miami Regional University. This combination of physician-level gynecologic training with advanced practice nursing allows him to deliver highly specialized, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life.


For nearly two decades at Paraíso Medical Center in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Mr. Villalobos specialized in the comprehensive management of high-risk pregnancies, fetal surveillance, and obstetric and gynecologic surgery. He performed and interpreted detailed obstetric ultrasounds, conducted advanced fetal procedures including amniocentesis and cordocentesis, and diagnosed morphological and functional fetal malformations. He personally attended more than 5,000 deliveries and was skilled in detecting and managing serious pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, gestational diabetes, and congenital heart conditions. After relocating to the United States, he expanded his clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in home health and perioperative care, including surgical nursing at Reconstructive Orthopedic Center in Houston, where he served as a patient advocate in the operating room and provided pre-, intra-, and post-operative care. He now channels this extraordinary depth of experience into his role as a Family Nurse Practitioner, offering women expert, compassionate care at every stage of their reproductive health journey.
