Hernan Martínez (pronounced HER-nuhn /M-or-tee-neh-s) is a medical professional from Colombia with extensive training in critical care and endocrinology. He earned his medical degree at Universidad Libre Seccional Cali and completed a fellowship at Hospital Universitario Del Valle Evaristo García. After moving to the U.S. in 1998, he became a Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s from Florida International University and gained additional experience in diabetes and thyroid care at the Cleveland Clinic Florida.
Hernan cares for patients of all ages and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE). Fluent in Spanish, he combines professional expertise with a passion for health and fitness, enjoying Ironman triathlons, workouts, and time with his spouse and two children.

Jaime Ochoa, FNP-C, is a board-certified bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner from Houston, TX. He earned his BSN from UTMB Galveston and MSN from UTHealth Cizik School of Nursing, with additional certification in emergency medicine and trauma.
A member of the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners, Jaime also holds ACLS and PALS certifications. He focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction while treating common illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and providing comprehensive care for men, women, and children.

Danaisy (originally from Matanzas, Cuba) graduated as a doctor in 2010 and specialized in Family Medicine and Emergency Care in 2013. She gained experience caring for children, adults, pregnant women, and the elderly, and served on medical missions in Venezuela and Colombia.
She later earned her BSN in Puerto Rico and worked in home health before completing her FNP-C at South University, University of Georgia. Since then, Danaisy has provided primary care for patients of all ages, managing chronic and acute conditions with a focus on prevention. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two daughters.
